Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
